The consultation is what its name suggests: a conversation. It is the appropriate first step in any engagement we take on, and we do not charge for it. The purpose is mutual understanding, yours of how we work, ours of what your business requires.

Where there is alignment, we will discuss the appropriate structure for an engagement. Where there is not, we will say so directly. Where useful, we will also point toward a better fit elsewhere.

For clients who have identified the problem and are ready to move, the project engagement delivers against a defined scope with clear deliverables, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Pricing is fixed or milestone-based and agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
During the consultation, we will discuss which structure fits the current situation and recommend accordingly. There is no preferred model on our side. The right structure is the one that best aligns our incentives with the outcome you are trying to reach.
